Barely few days after Uber Self Driving Car crashed in Tempe Arizona, A Tesla self driving car was said to have been involved in an accident after it ran over a stop light.

According to reports, a Telsa Model X autonomous car pulled up at a traffic stop light but suddenly began moving forward, this prompted an off-duty police officer to jump off his motorcycle as the self driving car was heading for him.
The self driving car which had a passenger inside hit the motorcycle of the police officer causing it to stop.
The Phoenix Police Department have declined to name the police officer or the passengers onboard the autonomous car.
However, the police officer estimated the speed of the car at 3miles per hour at the time of the collision and that no damage was incurred either on the car or motorcycle.
Phoenix Police Spokesman Sgt. Alan Pfohl told local newspaper AZ Central. “It wasn’t even a reportable collision. If it wasn’t involving an officer, we would not have even investigated it.”
He said on investigation the driver of the Tesla insisted the car was on auto pilot when the crash occurred
