David Stanley Hubbard, a 57 years old Uber driver have been arrested by the South Carolina Police department for impersonating a police officer.

According to reports, Hubbard was arrested with a fake police badge and a loaded gun in his car after his passengers jumped off the car and flagged down a police patrol team.’
The passengers were said to have boarded Hubbard’s 2007 Honda while he was running his siren but got uncomfortable when he began discussing killing people and chasing murderers.
Police say they found a fake U.S. Marshal badge, plug-in police lights, a stolen license plate, handcuffs and a semi-automatic pistol with two loaded magazines.
Hubbard was being held on $100,000 bond on charges of impersonating a police officer and carrying concealed weapons. It wasn’t immediately known if he had an attorney.
