South Korean tech giant Samsung has gotten approval to commence testing of its self-driving cars on South Korean roads.
According to reports, Samsung got the approval to commence the testing of its autonomous cars on Monday from South Korean ministry of lands.

Before now Samsung has been testing its self-driving cars on a modified race track.
Samsung speaking on the development said they are using Hyundai cars to test its latest project on autonomous cars.
“Samsung Electronics plans to develop top-of-the-line sensors and computer modules backed by artificial intelligence and the deep-learning technologies to improve cars’ self-driving capabilities even in challenging weather conditions,” Samsung spokesman added.
The tech giant however revealed it has no plans to venture into car manufacturing.
