The Chevy bolt crashed in San Francisco. Meanwhile the driver who claimed the Chevy was in auto pilot mode is threatening to sue general motors after sustaining injuries from the crash.

The Tesla model S was reported to be traveling at 105km/h when the impact occurred with the passenger onboard sustaining no injuries from the crash.

However, the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles is currently considering new regulations that would allow tests on public roads without a human sitting in the driver’s seat.
