There is no doubt that the leading auto industry in terms of sales Toyota, is making effort to satisfy the customers’ needs. The 2017 Toyota Highlander is an indication of the company’s efforts.
The new Toyota Highlander is enhanced with an upgraded interior and exterior packages to suit the customers preferences.

The exterior of the 2017 Toyota Highlander which will be released in six versions is not that different from the previous models. However, the car is said to weigh lighter than the other ones. Toyota adopted the use of structural materials, aluminum alloys and new types of steel to reduce the weight of cars.
The 2017 Toyota Highlander has a more spacious interior to accommodate up to 7-8 persons. Dark leather sewn with a glittery thread was chosen as a finishing material for the car interiors. The drivers and passengers seat was made to be more comfortable and accommodating with adjustable seats. An 8 inch HD resolution display, a satellite radio and weather data overboard is installed in the car. The car possesses 6 quality speakers and several USB ports, equipment for Bluetooth and even Wi-Fi were put in place for convenience of using mobile gadgets.
Engine Specs
The basic version offers 2.7-liter engine with 185 hp and a six-speed automatic gear-box. The more powerful version has a 3.5-liter six-cylinder petrol engine, claiming to have power capabilities of 249 hp after some modernization. It will be paired with an eight- speed automatic gear-box. They also plan to release a Crossover in a hybrid version. The interesting part the car has become more economical – 8.1 L per 100 km in a mixed cycle.
Mordern aerodynamic solutions were incorporated in the vehicle to reduce the friction of air. The air ducts are upgraded with their vertical slot hidden under the number. Led Technology was used as headlights, day time running light and fog lights. The graphics of the rear parking light was changed to a more recent one. The car possesses an updated power steering wheel and gear box.
Frontal collision avoidance system with automatic braking function, a systems that monitor unauthorized breaking of the road marking and objects in the blind areas of the rear-view mirrors, pedestrian detection system, adaptive cruise control and adaptive headlights were all installed the car.
2017 Toyota Highlander is valued at $30,000 to $ 44,000 depending on the configuration.
