French Auto industry has purchased 40% shares of Challenges Group, a French publishing concern known for its coverage of the automotive industry. 

According to report, Renault purchased the media outfit to have a say in what the customers are consuming thus enabled the possibility of reading a commute.

The production goes hand in hand with the companies plans on self driving car which they hope to hit the market by 2021.

“This project is totally in line with Groupe Renault’s strategy, which aims to offer new, high-quality connected services and to improve the customer experience,” Renault CEO Carlos Ghosn said in a statement.
