The Joylong CNG-powered bus was carefully chosen as it is a brand that had been tested and proven over several years through their petrol variants.

And in a solid show of confidence in their product, the Coscharis group uses only the Joylong buses as their staff buses for over 7 years now.

The importance and benefits of the CNG model for fleet and individual ownership are enormous and very cost effective.

Operating the Joylong CNG-powered buses offer an average cost savings of 30-50% compared to sole reliance on the petrol variants. More so, they offer less engine wear and tear which helps to increase the engine’s lifespan due to cleaner fuel and less maintenance requirements due to fewer oil changes and filter replacements.

The current CNG-powered model they have is an 18 passenger capacity bus with possible different configurations as desired by the buyers.

With a powerful 2.7liter capacity engine, and a flex-fuel capability, the Joylong CNG-powered bus can have a range of 400 plus kilometers range and if per adventure the bus is low on CNG gas, there is a 15 liter petrol tank to assist the bus get to a gas fill-up station.

The Joylong CNG-powered bus satisfies these demands with its cleaner burning fuel that produces fewer greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants, quieter engine operation and smoother driving experience compared to petrol engines”.

In a show of belief in their product, the Joylong CNG-powered buses were made available to motoring journalists to test drive and validate some of these claims and the vehicles really impressed all present.
